The Challenge  

Trinity UCC was looking to modernize their benefit offerings with a solution that could  extend meaningful support to both full-time and part-time team members. They didn’t   have a formal wellness or lifestyle program in place, and the Thrive Account offered a   strategic way to fill that gap with support that feels personal and inclusive.
