About The Role
As a Visual Designer at ThrivePass, you’ll play a key role in taking our brand’s visual identity from good to great. Your goal? To create innovative designs that stand out, connect with our audience, and keep us ahead of the curve. Working closely with teams across marketing, sales, and product, you’ll bring insights from market research into each project, crafting cohesive visual experiences that reinforce and elevate ThrivePass's brand across all platforms.
Responsibilities
Elevate Brand Consistency: Define and implement ThrivePass’s internal and public-facing brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive, recognizable visual identity across digital, print, and social media. Incorporate illustrations, animations, and videos to enhance user experience and brand recall. Lead Visual Design: Create, refine, and maintain visually engaging assets for our marketing website, digital ads, social media, emails, presentations, and client-facing flyers. Collaborate on product visuals, integrating market insights and user research for designs that resonate with our users and positively impact business outcomes.Develop and Expand Visual Libraries: Maintain an inclusive, continuously updated visual asset library that aligns with emerging design trends and meets evolving business needs. This includes but is not limited to illustrations and icons.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Conduct ongoing market research to make informed design decisions and keep ThrivePass visually competitive. Lead trend reviews and stay informed about new design practices.Requirements
Proficient English Communication: The ability to speak and communicate effectively in English is essential for this role.Experience: 1-3 years in a Visual Designer role or similar, with a strong portfolio demonstrating experience with brand development, and innovation.Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma. Strong knowledge of visual design standards, best practices, and the latest trends in digital asset creation. Knowledge of Webflow and video editing is a strong plus.Brand Consistency Expertise: Demonstrated ability to maintain a cohesive brand identity across a variety of platforms and materials.Market Research Skills: Ability to leverage market research and industry trends to inform design decisions and keep visuals relevant and competitive.Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and UX teams, translating complex needs into impactful visuals.Portfolio: A link to your portfolio showcasing experience in digital design, brand consistency, and user-centered design.Portfolio Link
