About The Role
The Senior Implementation Specialist is responsible for assisting the Implementation Manager in all phases of the client implementation process from sale to delivery. This role is instrumental in ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation and from implementation to relationship management. This role is a pivotal, ensuring smooth handoff from sales to implementations and implementations to relationship management. Foundational to the role is the ability to deliver high-quality implementation experiences for multiple clients within the specified timeline and defined scope.
Responsibilities

• Align with ThrivePass culture, purpose, and quarterly goals. Consistently hit quarterly goals and embody C.A.R.E. values.

• Provides leadership, coaching, and training to Implementation Specialists

• Configure administration systems according to implementation intake documentation.

• Facilitate collection of plan set up data and information from client and broker contacts.

• Apply project management best practices to ensure that timelines and implementation tasks are accurately tracked during the entire implementation process.

• Partner with clients throughout the implementation process, conducting kickoff calls and regular progress reports at key milestones (and as necessary) to establish a healthy relationship and ensure a smooth handoff to the assigned Relationship Manager.

• Documents information and special processes for each client to ensure comprehensive knowledge transfer to the broader organization.

• Identifies opportunities for process improvement while adhering to existing processes and procedures. o Organizes recommendations for process improvement that can be presented to Manager of Implementations. Facilitates internal communication and rollout of initiatives as approved/assigned by Manager of Implementations.

• Regularly completes and maintains documentation for all processes; makes updates in a timely manner

• Complete special projects during off cycle implementation times.

• Special duties and projects as directed by Manager of Implementations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 3-5 years’ experience in Implementations or a similar role in a Third-Party Administration or in the Healthcare space.

• Knowledge of the benefits industry, specifically pre-tax benefits and COBRA.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities under time constraints.

• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Positive attitude.

• Ability to grasp new concepts quickly.

• Takes initiative to uncover/develop solutions prior to escalating issues.

• Takes initiative to learn and develop new skills.

• Ability to take on new projects and easily transition between tasks.

Salary Offered
$60,000 - $70,000 Additional Information.
