About The Role
he Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through selling ThrivePass' Benefits Suite to brokers, channel partners, and medium to large employers. This role will focus on team leadership, strategy execution, and sales performance management.
Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales directors to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring the team effectively sells ThrivePass’ Benefits Suite to brokers, channel partners, and employers
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure success
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen broker and channel partner relationships
  • Assist team members in identifying key stakeholders, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, and closing deals
  • Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and tracking across the sales team
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals
  • Represent ThrivePass at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
  • Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Proven track record of successfully selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, HRAs, or other benefits solutions
  • Strong knowledge of broker and consultant relationships, with existing industry connections preferred
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and leading a team to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex sales cycles
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales performance tracking
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Salary Offered
    $85,000 - $270,000 per year
