What You’ll Do
As a Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth through the sale of ThrivePass' Benefits Suite to brokers, channel partners, and medium to large employers. Your work will help shape our sales strategy and expand our market presence. You will:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales directors to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Drive revenue growth by ensuring the team effectively sells ThrivePass’ Benefits Suite to brokers, channel partners, and employers.
  • Monitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen broker and channel partner relationships.
  • Assist team members in identifying key stakeholders, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, and closing deals.
  • Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and tracking across the sales team.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Represent ThrivePass at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who’s not just checking boxes but truly excited to make an impact. Here’s what helps you shine in this role:

Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven track record of successfully selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, HRAs, or other benefits solutions
  • Experience managing a sales pipeline and leading teams to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Strong knowledge of broker and consultant relationships; existing industry connections preferred
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce, and experience with sales performance tracking
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills with the ability to develop high-performing sales team
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with experience managing complex sales cycles

Salary Offered
$85,000 - $270,000 per year
