About The Role
he Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth through selling ThrivePass' Benefits Suite to brokers, channel partners, and medium to large employers. This role will focus on team leadership, strategy execution, and sales performance management.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales directors to achieve and exceed sales targetsDrive revenue growth by ensuring the team effectively sells ThrivePass’ Benefits Suite to brokers, channel partners, and employersMonitor individual and team sales performance, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure successDevelop and implement strategies to establish and strengthen broker and channel partner relationshipsAssist team members in identifying key stakeholders, negotiating pricing and contractual terms, and closing dealsEnsure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and tracking across the sales teamConduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drive continuous improvementCollaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to align sales efforts with company goalsRepresent ThrivePass at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunitiesRequirements
5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial roleProven track record of successfully selling HSAs, FSAs, COBRA, Commuter, HRAs, or other benefits solutionsStrong knowledge of broker and consultant relationships, with existing industry connections preferredExperience managing a sales pipeline and leading a team to meet or exceed revenue targetsExcellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales teamStrong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to manage complex sales cyclesExperience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales performance trackingBachelor's degree preferredSalary Offered
$85,000 - $270,000 per year
