About The Role
The purpose of this role is to develop content in collaboration with the ThrivePass Marketing Team and leaders while supporting the Sales Executives in successfully representing ThrivePass to clients and brokers.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently hit quarterly goals while embodying our CARE values.
  • Complete RFIs, RFPs for Sr. Sales Executive.
  • Create Proposals and Executive Summaries for Sr. Sales Executive.
  • Enter Opportunities and attach Proposals in Salesforce for Sr. Sales Executive.
  • Create Contracts and redlines for Sr. Sales Executive.
  • Complete Security Questionnaires for Sr. Sales Executive.
  • Serve as backup for Sr. Sales Executive and National Sales Director, as needed or specific tasks, as delegated.
  • Serve on teams as Sales department representative.
  • Collaborate with design team to create promotional materials.
  • Demonstrate expertise in various areas, including optimization, advertising, social media, direct marketing, website blogs and podcasts.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Attention to detail and highly effective planning, organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and exercise judgment in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • Knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA and COBRA a plus.
Salary Offered
$45,000-$50,000/annually
