About The Role
To be accountable for high client retention, satisfaction and products utilized through holistic oversight of all aspects of the client relationship, by serving as a primary point of contact. This position is responsible for high consultant and client satisfaction by increasing participant engagement, driving high client retention, and generating new business with client cross-selling.
Responsibilities
  • Consistently hit quarterly Big 3 goals while embodying our CARE values
  • Ensure greater than 99% net revenue retention.
  • Effectively manage assigned book of business: awareness of client status, trends, provide proactive communication and expectation setting, establishment of positive relationship.
  • Responsible for being aware of client’s objectives, key strategies, leaders and stakeholders in order to establishing yourself as a credible, trusted advocate
  • Identify and execute on client revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Develop and lead client quality partnership reviews for Enterprise and Elite clients.
  • Clearly and proactively communicate and collaborate with the broader client service team and leadership to ensure excellence in service delivery.
  • Effectively demonstrate the value of our partnership to your assigned book of business and ensure the client understands how to navigate the service experience.
  • Ensure a smooth plan year renewal process through internal and external collaboration.
  • Proactively plan for and manage client contract renewals.
  • Responsible for the coordination of timely and effective delivery of information and issue resolution and ensure pro-active follow-up.
  • Client NPS at or above 40.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience as relationship manager, or similar role
  • Must have experience in pre-tax, COBRA, Ben Admin, Wellness, Tuition Reimbursement or other related benefits
  • Proven ability to manage strategic benefits discussions
  • Proficiency with relationship management CRMs
  • Facilitation of collaborative workgroups toward process improvement and issue resolution
  • Upsell / Cross sell ability
  • Ability to speak to, and work with technical processes and procedures
  • Identify process efficiencies for clients and company
  • Takes initiative to uncover/develop solutions prior to escalating issues
  • Analyze consumer needs and develop innovative solution
  • Identify and track progress on client goals

Salary Offered
$70,000 - $85,000 per year
