About The Role
As a cross-functional collaborator, our Junior Product Manager will contribute to the ThrivePass Product Team by playing a key role on the Product team by overseeing the day-to-day management of a core ThrivePass product and working with the Product lead to develop & maintain a strategic roadmap for said product.
Responsibilities
  • Articulate customer problems and business needs into well-written product requirements
  • Work with the development team to deliver quality features within the expected timeline following the ThrivePass Sprint & Release guidelines
  • Contribute to building a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overarching Product Vision & overall company goals
  • Execute the quarterly and annual product roadmaps consistently
  • Efficiently manage the backlog and work with Technical Lead to ensure delivery expectations are being met
  • Perform thorough UAT
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience managing and building software products from conception to launch (or equivalent relevant experience)
  • You can think creatively about a problem and can think outside the box to provide solutions
  • You're passionate about product management and eager to be part of a growing product team
  • You're a strong communicator who can distill complex, often conflicting or incomplete information into clear action plans and requirements
  • You’re excited to collaborate with leadership, engineering, design, sales, and customer support
  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disperse significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with the benefits industry is a plus
Salary Offered
$60,000 - $85,000/annually
