What You’ll Do
As an EDI Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the Data Team, contributing to client success and operational efficiency. Your work will help shape seamless file integrations and error resolution processes, ensuring compliance and high client satisfaction.
You will:
- Bring fresh ideas to the table—we’re all about innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (we love a good brainstorm).
- Manage and maintain an active pipeline of 30+ file integration projects within SLAs.
- Capture and document business and functional requirements, perform analysis, and testing.
- Work directly with carriers and vendors to review requirements, coordinate testing, and ensure files are production-ready.
- Troubleshoot and support client and partner inquiries regarding existing EDI.
- Use proprietary middleware tools to build file process automations.
- Monitor production, maintain files, and trace EDI lifecycle progress.

Must Haves
- Experience with digital tools and platforms.
- Strong skills in data analysis and management.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Nice to Have
- Experience in data services/file processing and error resolution.
- Knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, COBRA.
- Familiarity with U.S. benefit enrollment platforms
