What You’ll Do
As a Corporate Development and M&A Data Analyst, you’ll support ThrivePass’s growth strategy through data-driven insights and analysis. You’ll play a critical role in evaluating investment opportunities, working closely with our leadership team, investors, and private equity partners to assess future acquisitions and strategic initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to influence the future of ThrivePass through thoughtful analysis and collaboration. You will:
  • Prepare and manage the investor data room, ensuring all documentation is accurate, organized, and current.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prepare for private equity funding, including financial analysis, investor materials, and presentations.
  • Create and support executive-level PowerPoint presentations for internal leadership, external stakeholders, and potential investors.
  • Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including due diligence, financial assessments, and integration planning.
  • Oversee aspects of post-acquisition integration to ensure alignment with ThrivePass’s strategic objectives.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support M&A strategy development.
  • Assist in identifying and evaluating acquisition targets through financial modeling and valuation analysis.
  • Develop insights and recommendations tailored to executive and board-level audiences.
  • Work closely with legal, finance, sales, relationship management, and operations teams to support transaction execution and integration.
  • Serve as a point of contact for external advisors, including investment bankers, consultants, and auditors.

Must Have

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A analysis
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with experience creating presentations for executive and investor audiences
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing data rooms and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance short-term project needs with long-term business objectives
