About The Role
The Content & Multimedia Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness and top-of-funnel growth by creating, repurposing, and editing content into engaging and visually appealing formats. This is a hands-on role that combines storytelling expertise with design skills to amplify ThrivePass’s presence in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Develop compelling written content (e.g.,case studies, social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, etc.) that aligns with ThrivePass’s brand voice and messaging.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and ideas in a clear and engaging manner
- Develop strategy and editorial calendar to align customer content production with key areas of focus, including audit of existing content
- Craft point of view on the stories that need to be told while understanding and negotiating cross-functional stakeholder needs for customer proof
- Multimedia Design: Create and design multimedia assets, including social media graphics, infographics, and visual aids.
- Determine storytelling medium across written stories, videos, and testimonials including the development of a content menu & externally facing one pagers
- Manage end to end production cycle including interview coordination, question design to ensure maximum impact, conducting of interviews, editing, and customer asset approval
- Content Repurposing: Edit and transform existing content, such as blogs, podcasts, and video interviews, into engaging formats for various platforms.
- Cross Functional Support: Partner with stakeholders to curate and develop compelling customer stories and testimonials to support content, sales, and product initiatives, aligning with ThrivePass’s strategic messaging
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all content and visuals adhere to ThrivePass’s branding guidelines and enhance our storytelling efforts.
- Work with other team members, such as graphic designers, CSM's, and Sales, while maintaining an independent, hands-on approach to creation.
Requirements
- 3-5 Experience in content creation, storytelling, and multimedia design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite preferred (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Familiarity with video and podcast editing tools preferred (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Audacity, or similar software).
- Strong ability to craft engaging narratives for social media, case studies, Email newsletters, and other content channels.
- A creative eye for design and the ability to produce visually appealing content.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a B2B or SaaS environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and multimedia content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and its application in content creation.
Salary Offered
$65,000 - $85,000/annually
