What You’ll Do
As a Cloud Infrastructure & Security Specialist, you’ll play a key role in optimizing our cloud services and strengthening our security posture. You’ll work cross-functionally to improve infrastructure efficiency and integrity while managing key areas like compliance, disaster recovery, and cloud security. You will:
Core Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize ThrivePass’ cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Ensure maximum availability and disaster readiness across all cloud environments.
- Partner with development and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues.
- Prioritize tasks effectively and communicate priorities with clarity.
Azure & Cloud Infrastructure Management
- Configure and manage Azure cloud services, including App Services, Databases, Storage Accounts, Azure Functions, and VPNs.
- Manage Azure B2C environment and Azure DevOps for performance and optimization.
- Configure and manage Web Application Firewall and Front Door services for enhanced security.
- Automate and optimize cloud services and workflows.
- Set up and maintain secure remote workstation systems.
Security & Compliance
- Configure cloud services with a security-first approach, minimizing attack surface areas.
- Manage Azure Defender and maintain a strong security score across all services.
- Set up and monitor Azure Sentinel/SIEM tools for real-time security insights.
- Ensure compliance with required security frameworks, conduct gap analyses, and implement corrective action plans.
- Configure and manage backups in accordance with ThrivePass’ policies.
- Manage infrastructure alerts and ensure proper escalation for outages and performance issues.
- Lead or support disaster recovery planning and activities.
Skills & Mindset
- Logical and strategic thinker with a proactive approach to infrastructure initiatives.
- Deep expertise in designing and implementing secure, scalable web applications.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to juggle priorities and remain focused.
- Passion for continuous learning and applying knowledge to enhance performance.

Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role with relevant responsibilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Cloud certifications are a plus
- Fluent in spoken English and able to communicate regularly with U.S.-based teams
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
